WELCOME TO PERU

With an area of 1,285,215 square km, Peru is located in the center of South America’s Pacific coast, it's by far one of the world´s most fascinating tourist destinations, a country seemingly created for people who thirst for uplifting experiences where they can touch history, culture, and nature, engage in adrenaline pumping adventure sports, and savor different and new cuisines.

Through the heart of Peru run the Andes Mountains, and 60% of it is Amazon jungle. You can see a wide range of regions, cultures, microclimates, and biological species found nowhere else on the planet since there are 84 of the world`s 104 life zones within the country`s borders.

A journey through Peru means, for example, a visit to its main cities:

Cusco and Machu Picchu:

Cusco, one of the new 7 wonders of the world. Cusco is a symbol of human ingenuity, that is to say, the space between Heaven and Earth (Pachamama, in Quechua), in its perfect stone walls and along its mysterious streets, you can still find traces of the ancient Incan imperial city that Spanish built overtop of. Urubamba is in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the perfect place to relax and to discover the enchantment that Cusco is, and because of its proximity, a fantastic jumping off point for excursions to Machu Picchu.

Arequipa:

Called The White City since its buildings are made from a white volcanic stone of the Mount Misti, standing watch over the city. Arequipa possesses one of Peru’s loveliest downtown areas. It also lies close one of the world`s deepest canyons: the Colca Canyon that promises visitors breathtaking scenes of Condors floating overhead. There are also many sites you should visit in Arequipa City.

Paracas:

Can mean many different things at the same time: a beach resort, a bay, a Pre-Incan culture, a natural reserve, the name of strong winds coming off the ocean than sometimes produce sand storms in the desert. Nazca Lines for people hungry to learn about civilizations of Peru´s central coast that dominated it well before the Incas held away.

Lake Titicaca - Puno:

The highest navigable lake in the world is a spectacular destination because its peerless countryside entraps all who go and visit it. One of the most original surviving traditions are the Uro’s Islands, a set of 40 man-made floating reed islands upon which live the Uro’s people that live today as they have for centuries.

Trujillo:

The City of Eternal Spring Time, it's surrounded by such impressive archeological vestiges as the mud city of Chan Chan, Temple of the Sun and Temple of the Moon, and the El Brujo complex, Huanchaco Beach with its ancient tradition of the “Caballitos de Totora”, a type of reed kayak fashioned by the locals and used daily on their fishing trips, just as their Mochica and Chimú ancestors did hundreds of years ago.
